The Leadership Summit is a global event, experienced each August by tens of thousands of people across the United States and Canada in locations across the globe. This year, the Summit will reach 350 cities across 50 countries, challenging more than 120,000 leaders from 10,000+ churches!  The Summit provides a place where leaders can develop their skills, experience moments of hope and encouragement, and hear His unique call.

Each year the Summit Speakers are intentionally chosen to stretch our thinking and deliver practical leadership skills. Summit participants are able to gain invaluable leadership lessons from those inside the church as well as the business world, academia, and beyond.

The Leadership Summit is broadcast via satellite from Willow Creek Community Church near Chicago. State-of-the-art technology allows leaders to train together through one event in many locations. Satellite locations enable large teams to experience the Summit together with affordable pricing and easier travel.
